great Before and after treadmill :D 01:30

Wow, I could lift super heavy after the treadmill. I am happy with what I did today :D

Bench press
135 lb x 6 reps x 2 sets
155 lb x 6 reps x 3 sets

Treadmill

Stretching 20 minutes

Deadlift
135 lb x 4 reps
225 lb x 4 reps

Ez-bar arm curl

I wanted to do add abs but time and my energy were out :P

    Gabriele, I thought it would take at least a month or two. I used to run a lot so I think it's muscle memory :D Dale, your crazy KMs inspires me too :) Kurt, now I am thinking how to add cycling to my new routine .. lol

    Adding cycling is easy, just alternate running with riding. Easier said then done I know.
