Gabriele, I thought it would take at least a month or two. I used to run a lot so I think it's muscle memory :D Dale, your crazy KMs inspires me too :) Kurt, now I am thinking how to add cycling to my new routine .. lol

Adding cycling is easy, just alternate running with riding. Easier said then done I know.
