    Easy run with Kineo...still working on Z2 building. I had to stop and hold Kineo 3 times for cars to go by on the dirt road I run on. Really odd for mid-week..I'm spoiled and used to no cars.

    Did strength today (Wed) instead of Thu. Planned on running when got home from work, but there was an huge thunderstorm that is pretty nasty with house shaking kabooms. Switched the days up.

    Nice, easy run with Kineo. Felt pretty clunky at first. Worked to keep my HR below 141, which really kept my pace slow at the start on the hills. Had to stop for cars 2x so I could hold Kineo.
