    Did strength today (Wed) instead of Thu. Planned on running when got home from work, but there was an huge thunderstorm that is pretty nasty with house shaking kabooms. Switched the days up.

    Nice, easy run with Kineo. Felt pretty clunky at first. Worked to keep my HR below 141, which really kept my pace slow at the start on the hills. Had to stop for cars 2x so I could hold Kineo.

    Great run with my buddy on the snowy dirt road. Traction wasn't great for me today. Kineo seemed to love it. Saw 1 other person out with 3 dogs.

      Nice work you two! Wicked chilly one. BRRRR. Tank's top out is 3 miles and I don't know that it'll ever improve. How do you keep Kineo on track and pace? We never average better than maybe 16min mile when we go out...

      We both go at our own pace. I run him off leash on the plowed dirt roads and local snowmobile trails - the roads are plowed for a few private camp owners, there is virtually no cars on the road. Occasional local snowmobile traffic that you can hear coming for miles.

    Snowshoed 1.5 miles down an unplowed dirt road to a property with Kineo and did some boundary layout, then walked back out. Mileage for day is estimate.
