      Listen to your body. Thats it! Lol and Congrats again! I didnt run when i was preggo so i dont have much.

      One other thing since you will be pregnant in the summer- it's really important not to get overheated. If you have access to an indoor treadmill, that's probably your best option this summer.

      Nice run! My IT bands are tight! Hopefully beginning of next week all will be fully recovered. I am ready to start some speedwork for the 10k.

      Yep. And I wound up signing up for the RnR Nola Half on Feb 24 as well. Saw that Mo Farah is running it and couldn't pass up the chance to see him run.
