I accomplished my first goal as a beginner. I'm proud 2 say I ran a 5k on Thanksgiving & now looking forward to doing my first 10k at the Boulder Boulder Race.

    Lori I feel so bad because now I don't know what if I'm going to do the 10K on 24 July so I need to try to find another one sign up for it!!

    There are usually lots of them. Google them. I have done the Love Your Body 10k (it's only women) and that is usually in Sept. a good one. Good Luck you are doing so well!
