      I am actually a trainer now! I absolutely LOVE IT! Which is why you havent seen me on here that much anymore. But trying to get back to getting more miles in this year. Been crossfitting for over 2 years now! And coaching for a year! :-).

    Enjoyed getting out of the cabin for a nice short run and enjoying the scenery!! Looking forward to more runs the next few days. Time to get back to running in 2016
