      You better get used to those sleeves - winter won't be long now!! ;) HR is impacted by so many factors: humidity, temperature, lack of sleep etc. Whenever it doesn't seem efficient, it is very likely down to external factors. It can be frustrating at times though. A good session by the looks of it.

      I will be in Southampton for a week, Liverpool for a week, Bristol/Bath for 3 weeks and Blackpool for 6 weeks! Unfortunately it is not practical to bring my bike because I go from here to USA to UK, the reality is I will not ride it if its too cold and I can't justify bringing the trainer with me also - I can handle the stationary bike for a few months - or maybe I will finally start to love spinning!
