      Me too but it helps a lot. I feel like running easy is more easy after a speed work. I guess increasing mileage since 2 weeks helps too :-D

      I know what you mean. Marathon is putting yourself in cruise control mode at race pace and the game is to keep it as long as possible. Ultra trail or road is completely different, walking breaks, uphill, downhill rythm changes...
