      Thanks Angie, the more you do uphills the less you suffer on them :-D @Luna: I didn't really follow a program since my back surgery... I think I need some discipline and planned sessions (speed, uphill,...) to progress a bit :-D

      Thanks but it's the kind of race you become aware you need to loose weight to improve... I'm at least 10 minutes off comparing to other runners I know... Not 10 kilos off but at least half of that :-D i'm working on it for next 33k and 1500m+ trail race on june 2nd :-D

      Thanks! la course c'est l'Ascension de Gourdon (12,5 km route, D+623m), s'il reste de la place sinon ça sera sortie trail dans le même coin : chemin du paradis :-D mais le paradis c'est seulement à l'arrivée... :-D
