      You are seriously training, Manchi!!Great one. I have a windproof vest and won a rain jacket last year at my 50K but I've never used it.I can't avoid thinking that running in that would have the same end result .... portable sauna effect ;-)

      Yes you're right. double dose wet from inside and outside :-D But It's a mandatary piece of gear for a lot of race :-D I've found a the north face feather lite vest around 100€ approved by UTMB so it should be ok!!!

      Honestly, since I've begun hills, I've gained speed on flat and strength in the hills. I mean I feel much better than before on the hills.

      sounds so nice!just missing the full moon :) Thanks for your advice!I will surely keep them in mind.My backpack looks like I'm leaving for a self-supported, months long journey across the desert. 6 gels, 6 bars, honey, salt tabs,2 magnesium pills, 1 chocolate drink pouch(nesquik!!), enervit tabs, band aids, headlamp, windproof vest, rain jacket, foldable glass ... add the two liter of water, it feels like strength training LOL... enjoy your run tomorrow!

      :-D That's the same for my bag !!! Drink and eat regularly, don't forget to refill your water bag at stations. Loose a few minutes, better than finding out you don't have enough water to reach the next station :-D Don't do the downhills full speed to spare your quads :-D Think that i'll be with you at k50 al lago di Fimon :-D Dai!!!
