Mary, I was worried it might be, but knew I could always turn around and run the way I had come if it was. It wasn't flooded though. It was very high, almost up to the top of those rocks at the edge of the river near the parking lot. Further on, near the pool, I could see where the water level had been, probably just days ago, but now it's all clear and lovely :-)

Yup. She mixes up the cardio and the strength training really well. I also like that her strength training incorporates a vast amount of muscle groups in one or two moves. More bang for your buck. :)

actually, if you usually run in traditional thick-soled running shoes, then your sandals were much better for you to run in, blister notwithstanding. Your skeleton and joints will thank you.
