      How sweet. Sue and I went to the Wellness Center together, but she wouldn't run with me. She plopped down on a treadmill and I ran laps, so I smiled and waved each time by. That's the way 31 year married couples work out together!

      Are you planning to use run/walk intervals during your race? If you're concerned about finishing/not dying, shorten your run time. It will allow you to run farther/longer and often faster. Plus, you'll feel better afterwards.
