    I love evening runs, and it was nice to go sans stroller. I haven't been running as much as it has really been affecting my mood. This run was SO needed.

    Okay, super slow today. I waited too long and it was hotter than I expected. Had to walk a bit. The good news is I got sit ups, push ups and pull ups in at the playground.
