It was 3 in the afternoon and surprisingly it was very cool in fact the weather was so cool/breezy that I developed a runny nose after my run. hahaha .
Route taken: SM north-veterans memorial hospital (2 laps)-head off to UP (ITBS started to kick in)-back to sm north!
The weather was perfect but my itbs/patellofemoral syndrome (whichever) ruined my run...(minsan lang maging ganito kalamig sa QC!!)
