Yesterday's run. Learned a valuable math lesson: 3x(days of not eating enough) + 3x(days not hydrating enough) +x(days of being completely stressed out) = THIS RUN. Horrible. Debated whether this should be classified as a walk or run.
I am excited for Tuesday, as I am getting the results of a stress hormone test I took, and I can see exactly what 1.5 yrs. of chronic stress has done to my body and start to remedy the situation.
