I normally run early in the AM, but decided to rest in this AM given my lingering illness. Took advantage of my daughter's lacrosse practice and ran around the college campus performing 3x2 mile intervals @ 14:40. First @ 14:35, Second @ 14:40, Third @ 15:00.
Also completed two challenges -

I was suppose to do 4x2s but decided I should shoot for 3x2s- I can't seem to loose the cough but doing what I can! Thanks all.

Strong 2 mile intervals Brendan, great results. Haven't tried those before - must have been challenging.

@Greg My training plan has a couple of different interval sets ranging from 1 mile intervals up to 6 miles as I get closer to the marathon. It is good training but for me I backed off (not knowing). I attribute my performance to my illness.
