I'll try to be positive since this is the beginning of a new work week, it is rainy and cold, the first day of dreaded Daylight Savings time, and I have been hit by the family virus...(I think I was trying to be positive). I waved the white flag indicating defeat a mile into my 6 mile route and headed back. Happy Monday!

Smart move.. let your body use what it can to heal not recover from the run.

Probably for the best Brendan. Best to listen to your body. Don't think of it as defeat so much as giving your body a chance to gather it's resources and fight off that virus.
