      Nice job, Jennifer - I always find front and side leg kicks (15-20 reps) to do the job warming up my legs in for an early morning run.

      It takes a week or so of first thing running for your body to adjust. Even then, I 'try' to take the first mile slow to wake up. Doesn't always work that way, but usually works! Also, drink some water before heading out, after sleeping 6-8 hours you need some hydration!

      Running is a great workout and greatly increases your cardio power. But it won't necessarily strengthen your upper body. Build in some good runs for cardio which will make your Body Rock easier. Good luck!
