    Looks like this cricket thing is taking a toll on my speed. Upper body, especially right shoulder has lot of discomfort.

      Contrary to conventional wisdom, the upper body has a lot to do with our running fitness. Sore upper arms can lead to a disastrous run. Get well soon!

    Played cricket yesterday at work. Had a bad upper body ache, had bowled for over 10 overs - after 3 years. :) Started walking after 4.33 Kms and the speed was also pathetic

      The problem with running on a road is, you need to beat the crowd. That clashes with our holiday mood. Tough life! Cheers anyway, Don't brood.

    There were lot of dogs on the way. Had to slow down. Also, started late, the traffic and the sun made me stop midway. Wanted to do a minimum of 10-15Km yesterday.
