Played cricket yesterday at work. Had a bad upper body ache, had bowled for over 10 overs - after 3 years. :) Started walking after 4.33 Kms and the speed was also pathetic

Couldnt make it to the saturday run. Wife was not keeping well last nite. Instead ran in my usual place. Will try to meet u folks tomorrow.

There were lot of dogs on the way. Had to slow down. Also, started late, the traffic and the sun made me stop midway. Wanted to do a minimum of 10-15Km yesterday.

Contrary to conventional wisdom, the upper body has a lot to do with our running fitness. Sore upper arms can lead to a disastrous run. Get well soon!
