Ran with the dog in rebecca's neighborhood again. I didn't keep track of the breakdown of walking vs running, but I definitely stopped to walk more than my last run (but not for as long).

I think I tied my shoes too tight, because my feet started to tingle. I loosened them, but then they were too loose. Way more stops than I should've taken :-/

I need to run at least 2 more times this week. Running once a week is not going to prepare me for this 10K in April!!

    Good job getting a run in between work and knitting!
    (Tight laces hurt the top of my foot too! I can't stand it when the shoe person wants to tie my shoe - always too tight!)
