I couldn't find my ipod right before the run, so I didn't have my nike+ to time/track my time and pace. But Julie timed it for us.....and this is what we've got:

run 9 min
walk 2 min
run 6 min
walk 4 min
run 6 min
walk 6 min
It was cold too! I went out in my shorts and t-shirt, figuring the running would heat me up - and it did, mostly.


Good job, Betsy! What I remember - run 9, walk 2, run 6, walk 4, run 6, walk 6 all the way back to the house.
(And it's still cold today!)

So that's 33 minutes total, with an avg pace of 12:20/mi.? That sounds about right...doesn't it?
Update: Woops..my map didn't update,and I forgot to add the 3 min walk at the beginning!

Hey, when I post a workout, I hit the green button at the end. It says share, so I think it probably alerts you. If I don't hit share will it save the run anyway?

I think "share" really means "save". I *believe* all your runs you save on here are public, everyone can see them....so that's what they mean by "share". I could be wrong though :-/
