Ran Couch to 5K W4 D3. I had to push myself at some parts, but I could tell it was easier than my last run. I ran through all of the running parts of the podcast, unlike the last 2 runs. During the last half of the run, it started to sprinkle, and all the little rain drops felt really, really good on my face :) The dog was well behaved too! Overall - a really good run. And I think I'm ready to move onto week 5!
