C25K W4 D2. I think I must've missed one of the cues to walk at the end...because I ended the podcast with a run, when I should've ended it with a walk (I think). And - the last run seemed like it took f-o-r-e-v-e-r. It was a good run though - and the dog was more well behaved than usual!
