Yay for a great run (finally)! This was my second time running this distance, and I beat my last time by 49 seconds! I booked it up the hill at the end, just SO I could beat my last time - and it took me the longest time to catch my breath afterward, but now that I have, I feel super.

Tried some new stretches when I got home, and then made a berry smoothie (sustenance!)

P.S. I HATE how this site rounds workout times. What a crock.
