C25K W7 D1: Walk 5 Minutes, Jog 25 Minutes
The run went pretty well. However, I ran in my new shoes today, and I'm not exactly happy with the way they felt. The ball of both my feet hurt quite a bit toward the end. But after doing a little research - I'm going to try a few things to see if it improves (thicker socks, adjusting shoe width!). We'll see!
