Completed C25K W6 D1 which consisted of a 5 min walk, 5 min run, 3 min walk, 8 min run, 3 min walk, and 5 min run. And after my C25K podcast was over, we ran for another half mile!

It was incredibly humid this morning too - which sucked big time. But I feel like I got a good workout.
