I had to get back out there and run because it had been over a week! It was rough!! For "Effort", it's definitely getting 5 circles! I had issues all over the place: side aches, trouble breathing, feet tingling! Not to mention, I was running on only 4 hours of sleep...if that. Thanks for putting up with my slowness and complaining Julie! ;)

The run went as follows (and Julie, I stole this from your records, since I didn't record it! Hope I translated corretly):

Ran 1 mile in 9 min 30 sec.
Walked for 1 min 30 sec.
Ran 8 minutes
Walk 12 minutes?? Did we really walk for that long at the end? Doesn't feel like it.

Next run is on the calendar for tomorrow. MUST. NOT. SKIP.
