  8. #dailymission One of my favorite signs is one from the Country Music 1/2 Marathon that said "Should I be worried about what's chasing you people??" Haha- made me laugh!!

    interval program on the lipty, then switched to manual at the end and upped the resistance! was going to stop at 2 miles... and then at 3 miles, but I felt great so I kept going.
