    interval program on the lipty, then switched to manual at the end and upped the resistance! was going to stop at 2 miles... and then at 3 miles, but I felt great so I kept going.

      Depends on the fit of the flip flop. Some folks run in flip flops (good ones, not cheap ones). I like doing it barefoot.

      I am very anti flip-flop.....at least the very cheap ones. I see so many kids, and adults, donning the 98 cent ones. I even saw a video the other day about how bad they are for your feet. Make you curl your toes in a weird way. Plus, don't you think she could get her feet caught in that elliptical?? Yikes!
