Another awesome track workout! 1x400 w/u then we timed our individual miles. Happy to say I ran a 9:30 :). Then we did 100m sprints w/100m run/jog/walk 4 times. Ended with 200m cool down. Felt a little twinge in my right glute/it band, so hit the foam roller when I got home. Great crowd this morning - Suzi, Cj, Donna, Sylvia, Jodi, Ann, Joanne & Marcia! WTG LADIES!!!!
