Getting up at 430a on Sunday is always better when you have 10 other ladies out there with you. Awesome turn out today - Lisa P. , Ann B. , Suzi, Beth, CJ, Deb, Kerri, Sam, Rose, Sylvia & Marcia (our newest running buddy). Run, walk, whatever you wanted today. It was overcast, so not to hot out there. Bonus - Cj is trying out a new recipe so we all got to taste her bran, flax muffins (w/carrots, apples, raisins)...of course with our Starbuck's.
