great Floating Lotus yoga 01:15

3rd of 10 groupon sessions! I'm doing good! This is the 2nd flow class I've taken and I really like the instructor, Nicole. This was challenging and I was a sweaty mess. Great balance moves today. Looking forward to the next class.
