    2014 RnR SF 1/2 Garmin time. Very hilly; too many walkers abreast. My ITB started to hate me at Mile 9. Afterwards, I had problems walking downstairs. Saw many familiar faces.

    Trying to rebuild 8 mileage base. Turned out well 4 no walk breaks, no fluids and no gels along way. Then again, fueled by InNOut Cheeseburger, French Fries and 1 Krispy Kreme donut. :)
