  1. RUN
    great 5.45 mi 00:46 08:23 pace

What fun. Ran the first 5 miles of the Big Sur. Tomorrows run is the next 5. I'll have the whole marathon done by Friday!

you're out in monterey? nice! You shoudl get out there for more, the first 5 are probably the least interesting of the whole course. just make sure you can run across bixby bridge (although not sure how traffic is when road isn't closed down for races)

I wish. You might remember I was trying to find a way to make treadmill running interesting. I've found it. Bought a new treadmill that integrates video(small) display with courses from around the world. After the Big Sur, I think I'm going to run Boston!

  3. RUN
    good 5.01 mi 00:39 07:50 pace

On the treadmill at work. This was the worst. No TV's. Just a mirror so you have to look at yourself the whole time. Can make this any more boring than that. Wanted to run 6 but bailed out.

  11. RUN

back to the treadmill. Last day at BAAC

  12. RUN

Rt 1 was to scary so I ran up Reckord rd to the power lines. Ran down the power lines to the trail. Really was a nice run but added about 2 miles that I didn't expect today.
