  4. RUN
Early AM run through Leawood 4 mi 00:40 10:00 pace

Humid. But much better than running in the afternoon heat & sun. Day 1 of Omaha Marathon training complete. Not sure how I'll like solo track workouts though. :-(

  5. RUN
tired Daniel's Park run 8.5 mi

OMG it was so hot in the blazing sun, with not a stitch of shade in sight. And then the hills on the way up, to boot. Nearly torture today...

  11. RUN
great The Colorado Marathon 2010 26.35 mi 04:36 10:28 pace

Rocked the first 18 miles, still decent on 18-22; 22-26.2 the downhill finally caught up with my quads and slowed me down. But overall a good first marathon and I can't wait to do it again. Ov... read more

  13. RUN
alright Summit view + poston 5.3 mi 00:53 10:00 pace

good Mt. Vista track 3.5 mi 00:26 07:25 pace

400's at the track with HRRC. Kept it speedier than I thought I would be able to, especially with the WIND. Relay partner Jodi and I were dead on for 7:26/mi pace on all three sets.
