    400's at the track with HRRC. Kept it speedier than I thought I would be able to, especially with the WIND. Relay partner Jodi and I were dead on for 7:26/mi pace on all three sets.

    Ugh, sun, humidity and a run at 11am are not a good mix! Not bad running-wise-- just much warmer/sweatier than I am used to lately.

      You did so good! the Marathon will easy! I had to gu up at mile 5 really early! I was draggin! But I did like the path! So when are we on at 5:45? or in the evening?
