      Wicked, Lynn. Terrific track work and a great mile time trial. The mile is one of the toughest races you can tackle. Sorta all out for four laps.

      Holy crap that's a fast mile, Lynn. I think my fastest was 5:21 about 6-8 years ago or so, but I'm not build for speed. Much more suited for distance.

      Sounds like some tough footing, which means good training, right? Even if it didn't feel great, that's not a bad switch up. Will make those flat, non-beach Illinois miles feel like a breeze. :)
