great Lunch time stress reliever! 1.16 mi 00:16 13:47 pace

Had a little time and a lot of stress, so I hit the treadmill. Not my best time, but not bad since i haven't really "run" since the distance race back in September. I forgot how good it felt to move my legs like that. More miles to come!
