      Group power is a weight lifting class working all the muscle groups and finishing with some core work. Janine, I swear by Hal Higdons plans. This will be my forth marathon with Hal but another fantastic resource is Marathon Training Academy. Angie & Trevor Spencer. Really lovely people.
