      I find the hills are kinder to my hammies than speed work. Any time I try and quicken my pace, my hamstrings suffer. Great run you had and a great pace. and I hope you are hammie pain free.

    Cool run hamstring felt ok, but it usually does during run. I will see how it feels later. Going to try a lot of stretching and continue to run.
