Walked 1/2, ran 1, walked another 1/2 cool down. My legs felt fine, bad side cramp though. My tummy was like, wait a minute, I thought we had stopped this nonsense :P Tried to run again Tuesday morning, but my knees were a little achy. Trying again tonight.
