      Don't be down. We all know you will get there. Just take your time and make sure your leg heals and you will be running ultra marathons before you know it :)

      My leg is really aching this afternoon. I wonder if it is the cold weather. That is what it feels like, but I don't know if it's that or the elliptical.

    ran in the gym, well walked fast cause I can't run, got on the elliptical.
    did some sit ups and girly push ups at home, so I wouldn't be putting the full pressure of my body on my leg.

    I'm back to some cardio thank goodness. I did 20min on the elliptical, slowly getting back into it. It's not running, but it's better than nothing!

    did some arm weights, and back weights, sit ups and push ups, watched everyone else run. I didn't really break a sweat like running does, but we'll just have to wait for the MRI results.

    good At home with Ryan running 4 mi 00:40 6.0mph pace

    I rode my bike along side of Ryan while he ran. So I pedaled slow and steady instead of doing a lot of coasting. My calf is still throbbing, MRI is this week. Wish me luck.
