      That's a very good pace, specially for the hills. Great job. Keep up with the hill training. It will really help your speed on the flats!

    I have been eating 95% Paleo and I seem to have a touch of the carb flu. I do feel stronger but I can tell on my long runs I will need to bluk up on green veggies, yams and maybe a little rice.

      That's one thing about doing a lot of solo running and riding. You have lots of time trapped in your own head. Sometimes that's a really good thing. Other times it causes a lot of deeply buried things to start resurfacing. Glad you had a good workout and hopefully found some answers.

      Brady - I think the down hill made it look better on the garmin. I more 9 min avg.
