Quite tired today after yesterday 9 miles, stopped around mile 5 to say hi to my sweet dog friend ;) the owner told me her name today, but I can't remember it!!!OH well, i don't think she cares much, as long as I pet her ;)
In other news...I ran 7 instead of 8 today. I've decided to go back to last year training plan. I'm tired, and I can't seriously imagine keep running 8 miles every morning plus 20 Mi long runs on weekends.That's just too much for me,maybe it's "just" a mental thing, but I am dreading my morning runs instead of enjoying it, so...it's back to what worked ;)


Well for being tired it doesnt look like it! Great run and yay for fall! ;)

Luna, you are awesome, a 7:49 pace whilst tired... very nice :P I remember once when I dreaded the run... now I run less and all I think about it going running.. (*--Balance--*) I guess

If I had the time, I would run 8 miles. That just means I have to wake up at 4am instead of 5am. Or run as fast as you. Anyway, good job getting a 7miler in and fast pace too.
