      I'm totally with ya there. I'm trying to heal a severe bout of IT band tendinitis brought on by marathon training and put over the edge with an actual marathon. Slow is better than not being out there! It will all improve, just need time.

      Yep. Recovering very slowly from a nasty bout of sesamoiditis that I got after my last half and realizing that I am now a much slower runner than I was before I was injured.

    I'm in trouble, can't make it more than 5 miles without knee pain. How am I supposed to run a half in 7 weeks. Ugh.

      Noooo! You really really should go to the doctor especially after you rested for good amount of time. When I had knee pain in the past they discovered that it was coming from my hip. So, it could be hip related?
