  1. Oh... Hello dailymile. It's been awhile... Time to get back at it! I've been working out consistently with a trainer for about 2 months. Not so much running though... I miss it!

    Not bad. Foot felt fine while running, but didn't feel too great after. My biggest issue seems to be my back/right hip area. Ouch :(
    Loving the fall runs though! My favourite season :)

    Gorgeous evening run with my friend! I kept it at her pace, which is a bit slower than I usually run, but it was fun :)
    I absolutely LOVE fall. I wish it lasted as long as our Alberta winters... ;)

    Not the best, but I got it done. Ran with a friend. Needed a few more walk breaks than I would usually do. Really hoping I don't die on Aug 11th, at the half!

    Overall a decent run, but felt tired... Started nights yesterday. Takes a lot out of me sometimes!
