    Felt great. Kira is just coming back to running, so we took it pretty slow, but the run felt great! Ahh I miss making running a bigger part of my day. I want to have more longer runs in the future!

    It has been a while since I have taken the time to explore. Though I was pretty tired, and the Decorah hills were a struggle, I loved being outside in the wonderful warm weather.
