well yesterday i took the day off becuase i went to get different shoes to help take pain away from my foot. my othro had told me to wear my old ones for a week or so to see if the pain went down and it did, it eased the pain to a point, so i went down to roadrunnersports and returned the new ones i got 2 weeks ago and got some much better ones that my foot liked :) and i got some insules for my feet since i have really high arches, and that should help as well with my foot problem. witch is very weird cuz i have never had an issue with shoes. anyway so i was breaking those in yesterday the way my ortho wanted me to, to just walk around in them first. so anyways on to my run, worn the new shoes and all, and it felt alot better then the old ones and the the ones i returned, got up befor the sun and i got back right when it came out, running on those shoes felt really nice. it wasnt to hot out my leg is feeling amazing, my foot is almost pain free and i think im almost ready to get back to full trainning! ima wait one more week thought just to be sure my legs are ready for it. all in all it was a great run and hopfully i can get in a good six weeks of running befor a xc meet, best run ive felt yet since my injury. good thing i coming for me i can fell it
