      Very good run there Luke. And yes you did great job in High school. You ll excel well in the near future. Recovering from injury and hitting the same form is always difficult especially in running and you did great. All the best for future.

      thanks guys!! @ Ronnie, im absolutely prode of the time I ran, it was the best I've run and the best I've felt while running a race in quite a while, but I know I can run faster so meet of champions is my last chance. @ Brian thanks man, got one last shot to see what I can end my high school career with, so there is no holding back now, got to leave it on the track. before I move on to the college level.

      thanks everyone!!! ive hade a lot of fun this season, running yesterday and getting a pr has givin me a lot of confidence for the 3200 later on tonight, and im going to push myself for a sub 9:40!!! which with the field of runners I go against it should be fairly easy.
