      Nice Jenny! Lol. I too was at the treadmill today on a random hill program. Well, when the incline was decreasing the thing got hung and decreased suddenly. I did not recover so sweetly. If you could have seen my face.

      I have almost done a 'mill faceplant more times that I'd like to admit. It is embarrassing. I usually yell an expletive as well which always gets nice looks... Nice job!!
