    It was a little to chilly and windy for a run so went to the gym for a spin workout with Kelley and Pam. Had a stomach bug Friday so I haven't felt like doing anything until today.

      Nice your spin class has a way of keeping track of your distance. I wish ours did. Hope you are feeling better.

      I use my bike with my computer on it. So I can keep cadence, heart rate and miles.
