    Walked the dog. Seems like I could just feel it sweep and thicken during this short walk. Iced & Ibuprofen when I got home. Vowed to me more consistent w Ibuprofen.

    Only had to pause and stop once to breathe. Major improvements, this being my 6th attempt. Really craving a run since I didn't have time yesterday, but my legs are worthless after plyo.

      Someday I would like to try P90X. Just not sure if I have the will power to make myself. Love the worthless leg feeling! Nice job!!
