Question: for the last two years or so, almost every time I go for a run, I almost immediately on finishing come down with a sneezing attack that lasts for hours. It has, to say the very least, made running a mixed experience for me, ultimately leading to drastically reduced miles. Tonight it took an antihistamine and 3+ hours for my nose to calm down...even now, there's a little tickle...has anyone else developed this "allergy" to running? Suggestions? Thoughts?

No formal ideas. My training partner went to pulmonary specialist to figure out her breathing issues w exercise. She has Exercise Induced Asthma and now enjoys running again. Good Luck!!!!
