    Trying to take recovery runs seriously by not going too fast...mission accomplished today! Managed to keep HR at 120.

    Nice and easy...5 of the miles were on the Boston course...only saw 3 other pre-dawn runners...where are all of the Boston Marathoners? Shouldn't you be out there too?

      I was on the hills yesterday. Took a different route this morning. :) I didn't see a single other runner either.
