    The weather was beautiful for this run. I ran without music, which was enjoyable at the beginning but got boring by the end. I need new shoes. These are shot. My knees were achy by the end.

    Didn't feel awful! Happy about that! Kept negotiating with myself and saying when I could walk. Ultimately I just ran all 8 and am glad I made it. First and last miles slowest.
