  1. VELO
good Trainer Moderate Tempo 21.5 mi 01:11 18.2mph pace

Watched the Tour and rode pretty hard with some good resistance. Used last 8 minutes as cool down.

  2. VELO
alright Trainer moderate 20 mi 01:06 18.3mph pace

Heavy legs. Watched the tour. Here it is.

  3. RUN
good Moderate effort random 6 mi 00:55 09:09 pace

I started at 10 am, so it was hot (86*). But when I got out and felt good I decided to do a couple of tempo to slightly faster than tempo paced 800s after a mile warmup. The 800s were 4:03 and 3:51... read more

  4. RUN
good Around Long Center 5 mi 00:48 09:38 pace

This run didn't feel so bad! I need to do something about my Garmin, though, because it had me .05 behind Beth Bob S. at the end. We ran together the entire time, so I knew I wasn't makin... read more

  5. swim
    blah Long Center 3500 m 00:58 26:36 pace

This swim felt about as bad as a swim has felt for me in a long time. I love going to Masters because I love having a set made up for me, but today I got there and after a warmup just needed to get... read more

  6. RUN
alright Safety Harbor Tempo 7 mi 01:02 08:55 pace

It was a bit slower than the last few runs, but that's okay. It's done, and I'm certain I'll run no miles near this pace at Ironman, so I still feel good about it.

  7. RUN
good Savannah Run 5 mi 00:52 10:28 pace

I'm not convinced my watch counted this correctly. I was under thick trees the entire time and when I would be under eating for a short stretch my pace was more in the 9:30 range. All my miles... read more

    Good touristy run. Saw lots.

  9. RUN
good Safety Harbor 18 mi 02:59 09:55 pace

I felt a lot better than I expected I would feel. I met Beth Bob S. and Tori M. for this run at 5 am, which was smart. It was dark for a lot of it, so it made it mentally easier. They did 14, so th... read more

  10. VELO
good Ironman Chattanooga Computrainer 80 mi 04:38 17.3mph pace

This was really difficult. This course on the computrainer is really hard, because there's no momentum going up the hills. My legs were TOAST by the end, but I was glad to be able to do it bec... read more

  11. VELO
good Moderate Trainer 20 mi 01:05 18.5mph pace

Not super hard but not as easy as it should have been since I'm doing long ride tomorrow. Distance is like throwing jello at a wall. I rode for 1:05.

  12. RUN
    good Tempo 7 mi 01:03 08:58 pace

Felt better than the last few have. It helps to run with Beth Bob S. for these because it pushes me to keep going. Miles were 10:20, 8:37, 8:16, 8:11, 8:18, 7:51, 11:19.

  13. VELO
good Trainer moderate hills 23 mi 01:15 18.4mph pace

Did this while watch the Tour.

  14. RUN
    alright Brick 2 mi 00:21 10:20 pace

I'm getting frustrated with how hard runs are and the paces that I'm hitting when it feels SO much harder.

((hugs)) I don't profess to know much about tri training, especially with the distances of your rides, but I think it will come together.

Don't be too hard on yourself! The heat was making it really tough for me a few weeks ago, you'll get back to feeling great (and you're putting a lot of miles on your body/legs).

Good ride with Beth Bob S. Tori M. and Kari E.. We got in hills at the top of the trail.

  16. RUN
tired Clearwater Bridges 16 mi 02:42 10:08 pace

I did not feel special today. I'm very glad to have had Tori and Beth to run with. My tank top got so heavy with sweat that it turned into a rundress. I had to take it off and ring it out at o... read more

Thanks Stephanie. You just think about what it will be like on race day and know that it's all preparing you to get there. Well, that, and you grunt a few extra times. I have slowed down quite a bit though, and it's a little disappointing.

great Friday swim 3100 yd 00:50 28:23 pace
